Booking terms & cancellation

Booking

Bookings are made online, by phone or by WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation e-mail. Shared departures are booked per person; private outings reserve the whole boat for your group.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros [taxes: IGIC included / to be specified]. Depending on the experience, you pay the full price online, or a deposit online and the balance on board. Online payments are processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay); we never see or store your card details.

Cancellation by you

Weather and safety

Your safety comes first. If the skipper considers that sea or wind conditions do not allow the outing, we offer another date or a refund [to confirm]. The skipper may adapt the itinerary and the swimming stops to the conditions on the day.
